• On average, general service does not exceed more than 1 1/2 hrs.

The preferences start from a simple office machines to high-tech water-cooled monsters. All machines built by Burnnet Computers are subject to a full one year hardware warranty.

Fortunately, many of those unnecessary catastrophes can be prevented by a routine PC maintenance. BurnNet Computers offers such services based on your individual needs.

    Each preventative maintenance visit consists of:

    1. A full system backup
    2. Cleaning of the the computer case: Wipe the case and clear its ventilation ports of any obstructions, clean clogged vents and CPU cooling fans. Check expansion ports if applicable
    3. Inspection, detection and prevention of early collection of heat and moisture on internal components
    4. Performing hardware diagnostics and stability test on:
       - CPU
       - Motherboard
       - Hard Drive
       - Ram
       - Power supply
       - UPS (if applicable)
       - Surge protector
    5. Checking power connectors, EIDE connectors, and other internal cables for a snug fit
    6. Performing a registry cleanup
    7. Installation of all critical OS patches and updates
    8. Updating hardware drivers and checking for critical BIOS updates
    9. Checking CMOS battery for consistency
    10. Executing a complete series of tests, updates and removal operations against all malicious software.
    11. Collecting and monitoring temperatures of all vital components and performing a final stability test and preventive recommendations.
